Governor's communications director spreading the naive notion that children can take care of themselves and run schools by themselves. 

Have you met a child who knows how to keep 6' away from anyone, much less practice any form of self hygiene? I haven't. Try 600 of them. Please come to a lunch duty with over 300 of them and let me know if you still think it's possible to employ social distance and good hygiene.
